Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working on TV and in films is well known for movies like Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her showbiz career early. She played lead roles in TV dramas as young as the age of 16.
