Alexandra Maria Lara has been an Romanian/German film and television actress for a long time. Alexandra is well-known for her roles in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu, Alexandra started her professional career in the show business at an early age. By the time she turned 16years old, Alexandra was able to land prominent roles in a variety of shows on television. Her critically acclaimed role in the made-for-television film Der Tunnel paved way for many other noteworthy roles, including the role of Secretary to Adolf Hitler Traudl Junge in the commercially and critically profitable Oscar nominated war-time drama film Downfall.
