Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director, best known as the star of Birdman. He is a versatile actor who is proficient in comedy and dramatic characters. In addition to playing romantic roles, he also played in action films as well as thrillers. As a teen He began to be interested in acting and performing. When he was an adult, he attempted stand-up comedy. While his stand-up comedy venture didn't go well however, it served as the basis for his future acting career. Since he wasn't able to become acting, he chose to work as a TV cameraman. As he was doing the work he started to discover that he wanted to be present on camera. The TV role was agreed to and he appeared on several episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a naturally gifted actor and soon became popular on the television. He grew in his abilities as an actor and also began to work in direction and production. The role he played in 2014's Birdman earned him several nominations and accolades.
