Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks (born April 15, 1977) is an American actress best recognized for her role as Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons AMC's historical drama Mad Men. In addition to receiving critical praise, her work on the show earned six Emmy Awards nominations in the best supporting actors category. In her career till now which spans over two decades she has also gained recognition for her roles on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. She is known for her performance on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. She has also provided her voice for animations such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! She began her career as was a successful model. Following a time she continued her modeling career up to 1999, when Undressed became her first acting role on TV. Her first note-worthy part as a character on the comedy series Beggars and Choosers. Following this, she won praises for her role in Firefly. She was in 2010 voted one of the hottest women around the globe and was named the most attractive woman within America by Esquire magazine.
